With over 17 years of experience working in the IT sector, I started my career in traditional roles and have worked in various roles over the years. I am currently an Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer(RTE), having pivoted from years of Product Management.
I got my first exposure to Agile in 2008, where I was a Scrum Master for a team piloting Scrum within the organization I then worked for. It did not take very long before I knew I had found my preferred method of working, and I have been an Agile evangelist since then.
As more companies began to adopt Agile, friends and family began to approach me to help them understand Agile, and pivot into various roles. I found that I really enjoyed coaching people looking to become Scrum Masters and Product Owners. I have been doing this with a lot of success too, so I decided to start a business where I can help people doing what I love! Being an RTE means I get to do this daily, and there are fewer pleasures than guiding people become effective Agilists.
Continuous improvement is my mantra! This has led me to take on several Agile certifications, with the most recent being my Scaled Agile SPC and RTE designations.
What makes my offering different, is that I bring real workplace context into our coaching, ensuring that you know how to apply what you got taught.
