I founded Gold Consults Inc. to help professionals, teams, and organizations build practical capability for the future of work.
My background spans technology delivery, product management, Agile transformation, release train engineering, and enterprise program leadership. I was first introduced to Agile in 2008 while serving as a Scrum Master for a team piloting Scrum, and that experience shaped my passion for helping people and organizations work with greater clarity, confidence, and value.
Today, Gold Consults has expanded beyond Agile coaching into corporate training and technology transformation. We support organizations with practical training and advisory services in Agile, Product Delivery, Generative AI, Cybersecurity Awareness, Academic Writing, Research Support, Supply Chain Management, and Digital Workflow Implementation.
As a Doctor of Business Administration candidate specializing in Emerging Technologies and Generative AI, I bring a research-informed perspective to helping organizations adopt new technologies responsibly and effectively.
